• Merchant Account Details: Name, business legal entity name, GSTIN, registered mobile number, email address, and store physical location.
• Transaction & Billing Data: Order line items, billing amounts, applied discounts, GST tax calculations, and payment modes (Cash, UPI, Card).
• Customer Contact for WhatsApp Delivery: When generating a digital receipt, the customer's phone number is processed securely solely to dispatch the electronic bill. We never sell or rent consumer phone numbers to third-party advertisers.

3. How We Use Information

Collected information is used strictly to:

• Facilitate instant creation and transmission of WhatsApp digital receipts and tax invoices.
• Compile daily sales, revenue summaries, and GSTR-1 compliant tax filing statements for merchants.
• Maintain low-stock alerts, raw material deduction records, and inventory analytics.
• Provide 24/7 technical assistance and software updates.
